APEX has extensive experience in the design and fabrication of Nickel & Chrome Alloy Heat Exchangers. We partner directly with Mills like Allegheny and Haynes International to develop and promote the most advanced alloys.

 Apex was the first manufacturer to fabricate a heat exchanger from ALAL2003™, a nitrogen enhanced duplex stainless steel. APEX currently has over 40 weld procedures for various nickel alloys.

Apex uses advanced proven software coupled with years of experience to specify, design and fabricate heat exchangers to meet your exact application and process requirements. Our capabilities range from 4″ diameter to 66″ diameter shells up to 40 feet long. 

Apex heat exchangers can be fabricated to a wide variety of codes and specifications including ASME and TEMA. We offer S&T Heat Exchangers in single pass, multi-pass, u-bundle or floating head designs.
