Utilizing the best-in-class materials and practices, the heat exchanger was fabricated by APEX with 304/304L Shell, 304/304L Nozzles, Zirconium Tubes, 304/304L Explosion Cladded Tubesheet. Manufactured per ASME SECT VIII, DIV 1, it underwent Joint Efficiency and LPT/PMI testing on both the Shell and Tube Side.
