Commissioned for the production and processing of Nitric Acid, Apex designed and built these condensers entirely with Zirconium 702, including Shells, Heads, Nozzle Neck/Flanges, Rings, Couplings and Stoppers. Built per ASME SECT VIII, DIV 1, the condensers underwent a thorough testing, including Pressure, Joint Efficiency, and Full Radiography, as well as a battery of proprietary QC checkpoints throughout the entire manufacturing process.
