The vessel was expertly fabricated with Carbon Steel Shell and Tubesheet and Monel 400 tubes. This chlorine vaporizer was dried to -40-degree dew point and purged per Chlorine Institute guidelines, X-Rayed, in addition to undergoing Apex’s own comprehensive battery of reliability tests and spot checks throughout its fabrication process.
