SA304SS Nitric Acid Neutralizer

Apex Engineered Products delivered a SA304SS Neutralizer for the Nitric Acid process to a leading multi-national chemical producer. The neutralizer was welded with Apex’s K-Tig stations for full penetration on long and circular seams (see photos below). Before delivery, the unit was passivated to remove impurities, and underwent rigorous Hydro, X-Ray, and other quality control tests.
