Apex Engineered Products expedited the delivery of a Half-Pipe Reactor to a multinational agricultural technology company averting a costly plant shutdown. The unit’s shell, heads, and external Half-Pipe Jacket on the shell and the bottom head were expertly designed and fabricated with 316L Stainless Steel. The reactor underwent Air-Test on the External Jacket, while the Jacket and Internal Vessel underwent additional Hydro-Testing before the delivery. The unit was ASME U Stamped per Section VIII, Division 1.
