Apex Engineered Products delivered a SS316L Heat Exchanger Condenser to one of the largest multi-national specialty chemicals’ producers. Designed and manufactured per ASME SECT VIII, DIV 1 entirely with SS316L Stainless Steel, the unit features 316L Shell, 316L Channels, 316L Tubes, 316L Tubesheet, 316L Nozzles, 316L Flanges and Baffles and Lugs. Prior to the delivery to the customer this Heat Exchanger Condenser received a 100% Spot Radiography, Joint Efficiency, Pressure, and LPT/PMI testing on both Shell and Tube Side.
